PRICING

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling. Online payments can only be accepted in pounds sterling. Should your account be overdue we reserve the right to suspend any further supply of goods until payment of your account is settled in full.

DELIVERY

Standard delivery time is 7–10 days upon receipt of your order.

Delivery charges are as follows:
Uk and Ireland Standard (2nd Class Royal Mail)

  • 1 item - £2.50
  • 2-9 items - £4.75
  • 10 items or more - £12.50

UK and Ireland -by 1pm next day (Special Delivery Royal Mail)

  • 1 item - £5.50
  • 2-9 items - £7.50
  • 10 items or more - £17.50

International Shipping - price on request, please contact publications@tloltd.co.uk

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You may cancel your order at any time before your order is delivered and up to 7 working days after you have received your order. If you have received your order you will need to return it to the address below. You may cancel your order by informing us of this in writing or by telephone. We will be happy to accept your order for return in any of the following cases:

  • The book/CD-Rom was found to be damaged or faulty. We will either replace the book/CD-Rom or give you a full refund. Please state which option you’d prefer. We will ask you to return the incorrect book/CD-Rom and supply you wish a freepost address before despatching a new one.
  • The book/CD-Rom was incorrectly supplied. If we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order we will either replace the book/CD-Rom or give you a full refund. Please state which option you’d prefer. We will ask you to return the incorrect book/CD-Rom and supply you with a freepost address.
  • The book does not meet with your requirements (for items supplied to UK customers only. This is subject to the following conditions:
  • The book/CD-Rom must be returned within 14 days of receipt
  • It must be in pristine and resalable condition
  • It must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and online order confirmation
  • NB: We regret that, in this case, postage costs cannot be refunded

Returns are accepted at the discretion of TLO Limited. Please allow 14 working days (in addition to the delivery time) for the return to be processed.
