Prof Bill Lucas, the well-known expert on learning, has joined the TLO team and become Chairman of TLO.

Bill has extensive experience in leading successful learning organisations including the Campaign for Learning, the Talent Foundation and the Live Group where he has been been a Non-Executive Director for a number of years. Bill also has wide experience of publishing, consultancy and training which will be invaluable to TLO.

"I am a longstanding admirer of BLP and of the work of TLO does. I have seen the powerful impact of BLP on young people's learning at first hand in many schools and am delighted to be joining the Board at this exciting stage of the company's development."
